Q:  What hours and days can I schedule a class at my location?

A:  Classes can be scheduled Monday through Saturdays from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Please call for availability.

Q:  Are there advantages to taking a course in a classroom rather than online?

A:  Our instructors are there to help you with technique, answer any questions you might have, and most importantly, customize the class to your unique needs. CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is a motor skill that requires practice and repetition in order to learn effective techniques. With Cenrgy, most of your class time is spent practicing on manikins or participating in real life scenarios. While online courses may provide the same basic concepts as an in-class course, some employers will not accept online-only training that’s why we provide in-person skill sessions to accompany online training.

Q:  What do I need to bring to class?

A:  Please bring your manual or access to your ebook and a pen for note taking.

Q:  Can I pay cash for registration?

A:  Unfortunately, no. For safety and logistic reasons, our instructors do NOT accept cash at our training sites.

Q:  Why do I have to prepay for a class?

A:  Our classes have a student limit, we enroll students on a first-come, first-serve basis, and if we held spaces for people who didn’t pay and reached our maximum, we’d have to turn away people who were willing to prepay for that seat in the class.

Q:  If I miss my class do I have to pay to reschedule to join another class?

A:  Absolutely NOT! Please call at us 813-724-3434 to change your class registration for free. However, we can’t sustain unlimited class transfers/reschedules, so all students may reschedule their class 1 time for free. After that it is a 50% class cost to reschedule again. Reschedule must be within 3 months of initial registration date.

Q:  Can I cancel a class?

A:  Cancellations by individuals received more than 72 hours before class start time will receive a full refund less a $20 service fee per enrollment. Individuals are eligible to transfer their class registration if written request is received more than 72 hours before class (refunds will not be issued if transferring to a class of lesser tuition). Cancellations by groups* received more than 10 days before class start time will receive a full refund less a $20 service fee per enrollment. Requests received after the stated deadlines will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will not receive a certification card, or be eligible for refund or transfer. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to lack of participation.

*A group is 5 or more individuals signed up by one person or organization for the same class session.

Q:  Can I pay for a class on the day of the class?

A:  We require a credit card payment before the class starts in order to attend the class. You can make your payment the day of the class, but it must be online before the class begins.
